Time Warner, owner of WB and other major film companies, is going to let you download movies from the Internet and burn them onto DVDs starting next year. On Tuesday, a top executive
announced they may even offer films for download on the
same day that DVDs go on sale in stores.
According to Richard Parsons, CEO and chairman of Time Warner:

I expect we will be in a download-to-burn mode in 2007 -- It will be a part of next year's offerings.
