| | |  Warwick Davis talks Half-Blood Prince & Deathly Hallows
In a new interview with MTV News, Warwick Davis discusses his role as Professor Flitwick in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Quote:
“My character seems to get involved in fun stuff now,” Davis said. “I’ve had an immensely enjoyable time again. It’s a real honor to be a part of number 6.”
While his part in the sixth movie is set to be smaller Davis, personally, is glad to see the seventh movie divided into two parts. Quote:
“I think that’s a good idea because when you try and squeeze these quite lengthy novels into a two-hour movie, a two-and a half hour film there is gonna be stuff that’s left out,” Davis enthused. “There’s so much in the last book, I think it’ll make two really good films. It’s worthy of that.”

I'm all happy that Flitwick is coming back. I missed seeing him in the movies. And having two parts is what was needed. Otherwise, me, and I'm sure many other fans as well, would be a bit upset at all they would have cut.

No. The journalist got confused and thought Warwick played Griphook as well as Flitwick. Which he doesn't. I thought his appearance was altered to be more in line with Rowling's original imagining of the character.
