The Sun today reported that, following death threats, Dan Radcliffe would be guarded by the SAS, with dummy cars being used to take the actor off and on set. Warner Brothers have stated that this report is a 'complete lie'. Quote:
"There is no security problem. There have been no death threats.”

Good to know. The story sounded fake. I believe the death threats are possible but the tactics used to protect him sounded ridiculous. He's not royalty afterall and I'm sure the threats wouldn't be treated that intensely.

Because everyone knows that the SAS protect film stars.. I mean, VIPs, yes at times, but Dan's not that important that he needs Special Forces protecting him. I'd assume he'd have a normal bodyguard, or something of that sort. But tail cars, etc...
