The blue and green dots are so that they can digitaly alter his face on a computer, they tried with make up on GOF and that didnt work so this was the only option left! does such a good job though, he's terrifying!!

Interesting how they did Ralph's face. I think he portrays Voldemort very good in the movies, can't think of anyone else who had done it better. Still I think he gets more human-like in every film.. In DH he is almost normal, not really that scary and dark as in the books. He was more scary in Goblet of fire-movie.
