Videos: Harry Potter cast talk film bloopers, improvising lines, Deathly Hallows 2
Several new junket interviews with Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Tom Felton, Matthew Lewis, and director David Yates to promote the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 were released by the official Harry Potter Facebook (with Tom), Fandango, Yahoo! Movies, and BBC Radio 1.
The cast chatted about some of their biggest bloopers on set, including Dan being told that he had his shoes on the wrong feet during a scene in Order of the Phoenix in which Harry gave the speech in the Hog's Head to Dumbledore's Army, and of Tom stepping on Alan Rickman's Snape robes. Rupert realised that out of all the scenes he filmed in the series, the one he knew he had to nail for himself and the fans was of course Ron and Hermione's kiss, as expectations were so high for it. Tom revealed a line he improvised in Chamber of Secrets, when Draco stood with Harry Polyjuiced as Goyle, and said, 'I didn't know you could read.'
Emma confessed that the day Deathly Hallows was released in book shops around the world four years ago, she queued up at an airport to get her book, and when other fans in line realised she was waiting, they let her to the front to get the book before them. All of those highlights and more (as well as a tiny clip of Tom, Emma, Rupert, and Matt inviting everyone to the London premiere, recorded on July 6, 2011) can be seen below.
Cracked up when Dan told the story about the shoes
Would be great if they put some of the best bloopers on the next DVD. Would love to see that as well as a more detailed and longer clip about the last days of shooting.
Love the interviews! Emma is such a sweetheart and so is Tom
Also, the idea of many more bloopers and an extended scene of the last day of shooting would be nice to have on the DVD...
HINT HINT to Yates/Heyman---
This is what all of us Potter fans would love to see on a separate DVD disc
when DH2 comes out:
1. Extended version of the last day of filming.
2. All bloopers and outtakes.
3. Any personal videos of the last day barbeque with
Rupert/Emma serving cast and crew ice cream, from
Rupert's Mr. Whippy ice cream truck.
4. Any videos of the huge party JKR and Warner's held at Leavesden,
for cast and crew.
I also loved Evanna Lynch's comment that she wants to be a guide
at Leavesden. It would be really cool if cast members could give group
tours (whenever they're available). Who better to guide us through the studio
than actors who have worked on those sets for years.

wow you just read my mind... I was just thinking the same thing after watching the vids above
i loved them all! wow i can see emma as a drama teacher. that would be really cute to see! i also loved that dan was wearing shoes on the wrong foot. i laughed soo hard XD
I haven't been too fond of Emma for awhile, IDK why...but...after watching her interview, I saw a different side of her and now I have a lot of respect for her and I an can say that I like her now! I laughed, teared up, and thoroughly enjoyed these interviews!
Love the videos! A lot of laughs while watching this! Gonna miss the whole series and it's sad how it's ending, but in a way, it's not really ending, it's not the end of potter. There's still PotterMore ! <3
