Highlights from the MTV live broadcast of the Harry Potter: the Exhibition opening and launch of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I on DVD and Blu-ray at Discovery Time Square on Monday have been released, where several cast members discuss changes in the final installment, Deathly Hallows: Part II, their costars, and working in the Harry Potter films.

Bonnie Wright discussed playing Mrs. Harry Potter in the epilogue, which she found an odd experience.

Quote:

"It was really weird," actress Bonnie Wright. "People said, 'Don't worry, you look good for 35!'"

"Being a mother with three children suddenly when you're young is quite a big [change]," she added. "It's strange, because obviously [when] I started, my first scene ever filmed was on the train platform 9 3/4, and then we came back to shoot some more before Christmas, and it was back at platform 9 3/4, so I finished, and it was like this amazing cycle."

"I think I'm mainly looking forward to the epic battle that is to come," she said. "See[ing] the power of good triumph over evil is going to be satisfying."

Evanna Lynch admitted that she cried on the final day of filming Deathly Hallows in early summer 2010.

Quote:

"I felt like, yeah, we talked about it a thousand times, and then when the end came, I really was sad," Lynch shared.

"I did cry," Lynch admitted. "I cried on the last day, because it was epic. Everyone was in, and we had a big cast call, and everyone was like, 'Well, this is [it]!' And yes, it was emotional."

David Thewlis commented on how much screentime Lupin was given in the series, something he was pleased about, up until his death in the final movie.

"I didn't know I was going to be in so many of them because when I did 'The Prisoner of Azkaban,' Lupin leaves at the end and he's not in 'The Goblet of Fire.' It was only when 'The Order of the Phoenix' was published that I realized, 'Oh, I was going to have more work in [the series]'," Thewlis said, adding, "So, it was very nice."

Thewlis also eventually figured out that he'd made it further than so many characters in "Harry Potter" as he told MTV, "I made it to the end! Which is tricky in ['Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows']."

Still, Thewlis jokingly gave Lupin fans a glimmer of hope when he kidded, "[The death scene] may have changed, you don't know. I might just get quite sick." If only.

Helen McCrory stated that four different final scenes with Narcissa Malfoy and her family were shot for Deathly Hallows: Part II, though she has no clue which will make it into the final cut.

Quote:

"It's quite strange, because we haven't seen the last film," said McCrory. "For instance, with Narcissa, we actually filmed four different endings and I filmed three different battles."

"I don't know which ones the three Davids are going to pick," she said, referring to director David Yates and producers David Heyman and David Baron. "We haven't final full stop onto that."

James and Oliver Phelps briefly commented on Fred's death, which Oliver's said was an emotional roller coaster, and commented on the Harry Potter Exhibition itself.

Robbie Coltrane will be looking forward to the final battle about the last movies, and the truth about some characters, including Severus Snape.

On-screen husband and wife Dohmnall Gleeson and Clemence Poesy got together to ask questions; Domhnall made note of what it was like working with real-life father Brendan in Deathly Hallows: Part I, and being part the newest additions to the Weasley clan.

Producer David Heyman announced what he would miss the most (the family aspect) about working on the Harry Potter film series, something he had been involved in for nearly 14 years.

Freddie Stroma, who went to see Daniel Radcliffe in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying this past Sunday, voiced his awe at his Harry Potter costar's talents.

Warwick Davis said he was involved in the iconic moments between Harry and Voldemort in the final battle scenes.

We will have much more on the press events for the opening of Harry Potter: the Exhibition and the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I on home video, including the press conference which took place on Monday morning that SnitchSeeker took part in and asked the cast about working with Daniel Radcliffe, the Weasley actors' experience with working together as a unit, and if they were satisfied by their characters' resolutions and final scenes in the series.

I wasn't even there yet I feel like I cried harder than Evanna and the rest of the cast that day Warwick Davies updated his twitter.

I can quite agree with Bonnie when she says it must have been weird to suddenly be 35 and have three children. But that's what makes me all the more sad because of how the cycle worked. It's the end of an era for us, but the journey of Harry Potter is beginning once again for a new generation in our world.

Bonnie started and finished at King's Cross Station on Platform 9 and 3/4!

I wish Lupin DID live. Admit it,we would forgive Yates for all the changes if he did make that one change.

I still really, REALLY, REALLY hate that Lupin and Tonks were killed. I thought they were the most unnecessary deaths in the entire septology (Other than Snape, of course). Heck, I would have traded McGonagall, Flitwick, Madam Pomfrey, even Hagrid or Arthur Weasley!!!!!!!!!
