Videos: Evanna Lynch & Matthew Lewis launch Death Eater balloons (UPDATE #2)
Evanna Lynch (Luna) and Matthew Lewis (Neville) today launched black promotional Death Eater balloons from the Millennium Bridge in Central London, England. The balloons, as we previously reported, are designed to promote the Half-Blood Prince DVD and are part of a competition to win a Deathly Hallows set visit and cameo role in the final films.

Each balloon will have attached to it a card with a unique code which may be entered here for the chance to win. Entries open on October 1st and close December 4th, with the winner being announced on December 7th, the UK release date for the DVD.
The winner will be immortalised as a portrait in the final films.
Fifty runners-up will win lenticular cards.
The competition is open to UK residents, aged 18 or over.
The BBC Entertainment News Team were present for the launch and have tweeted the following details and photo;

Contrary to what is said in the video, the DVD was NOT released today.
UPDATE #2: Further interview snippets have been released, as well as a photo of the cards which are attached to the balloons;

This looks so cool! But how is anyone gonna get the balloons if they're in the air already? Poor soul who sees the balloon in the sky and cant reach it...this is a really creative idea though!
Matt is holding all those balloons and he didnt fly away?!

Seriously, I don't know what WB was thinking - releasing balloons purposely into the environment, and near water yet. Like little black balloons of death. Sigh.
that building on Matts left, the brown brick one. is the City of London School for Boys, where a Mr Radcliffe spent some time.
Thats cool to know.
