Video: Tom Felton talks new villainous role in Caesar: Rise of the Apes
In a new interview with Access Hollywood at this weekend's Comic-Con, actor Tom Felton revealed a bit of new information about his role in the upcoming film, Caesar: Rise of the Apes, in which he plays the human character Dodge. The role isn't much of a departure from Draco Malfoy; Tom's playing a cruel villain yet again.
Tom also mentioned how proud he was at working on the Harry Potter series, which he one day plans to show his future children. He admitted that he and co-star Daniel Radcliffe refuse to watch the earlier movies as they found their younger performances "horrific".
Nice interview!
I wouldn't like to watch the first few films if I was like them. I guess it's different being an actor.

Awesome interview! Hahah i understand why they don't want to see first movies. They are both sweet! And i really want to see Tom in his new role Dodge. It's going to be great!
Always the villian and never the good guy, huh Tom?
And awwww that's so sweet that he'll show his children the HP films one day. And btw, I don't think their old performances were "horrific" at all. In fact, though they weren't "Oscar winning" performaces at the time, they did a good job for kids at 11 years of age. Tom got the bad guy part really established and Dan captured the curiousity of Harry pretty well, I think.

Oh my! I know exactly how they feel watching their younger selves in the movies. I mean me as a fan, I don't see them as horrific at all but I bet they do!
Aw, A villain once more! Yay Tom

Billy: AHHHHHHHH I DON'T LOVE HORSES!
It's very interesting how actors judge themselves, especially the god ones. I wouldn't say that the earlier performances are Oscar ones, but they certainly aren't horrific.
It'll be very interesting to see what their children say some years from now.
I am always amazed at how humble they all are! They seem very much like some one you could meet on a street and strike up a conversation with- definitely not all stars-gone-wild! LOL! He was wonderful sweet when we met him in Florida, too!
