Video: On-set of Emma Watson Harper's Bazaar shoot; new 2011 Mariano Vivanco photos
Harper's Bazaar UK released a behind-the-scenes look at the making of their photo shoot with August cover girl Emma Watson, as part of her promotion of the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2. Emma discussed the dual personality aspect of the shoot, where she portrayed both nice and bad girl. That can be seen here.
Emma Watson: Hello, my name is Emma Watson, and I'm at my Harper's Bazaar shoot in Richmond. The idea of the shoot was to have two really contrasting looks. The first looks, which were the really hard looks, in the wig, with the red lips, and I can barely recognise myself. The photographer had to keep reminding me that, "Be a b--ch, look hard." I struggled a bit and felt really uncomfortable and awkward. But we got there in the end.
For the more innocent, kind of pretty look, it was much easier. I'm much more used to being told to smile. So it was really fun because I got to play two different characters, which really helps in the photo shoot, you have something to be, something to give. It's fun, I'm really glad I came into the shoot with that idea.

great video really cool watching her work!! i definitly liked the more "innocent" look as opposed to the "hard" look, but thats just the Emma we know and love, thought the outfits were really gorgeous on her! so funny "be a b**ch, look hard" lol she rocked it though!
She looks stunning! I love how she's been such a great role model for younger fans. That goes to show that not all child stars end up drugged up & horrible. She's awesome! Love the pixie hair cut too!
