New pictures from the 'Goblet of Fire' videogame have been released. They include shots of the trio and creatures featured in the game.

IGN also conducted an interview with the producer of the game, Justin Manning. Quote:
The storyline of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire videogame revolves around all the action of the film and the three main characters: Harry, Ron, and Hermione. This commences at the Quidditch World Cup campsite where the main characters must avoid the Death Eaters who are causing havoc at the campsite.
The Triwizard tournament is another main focus for the storyline of the game and we've focused our efforts towards adapting the key Triwizard events and making them as engaging, dramatic, and fun as they are in the movie.

You will be able to play as Ron or Hermione in addition to Harry. Almost the entire game can also be played with three players cooperating to combine their magic and compete for rewards. You will confront new creatures including the Horntail Dragon, Erklings, Dugbogs, and Grindylows.

omg! i just saw the pictures! the characters are so...real like!!!! Harry looks just as his age..so does hermione!
and the blast ends look soo...just how i imagined them!so scary to touch!

didnt an article on da game earlier say that the characters in the game will look like the actors? well like ron always says, bloody ****! they look EXACTLY like the trio! omg, computer graphics just keep on gettin better these days | |

She is. Remember that photo with Harry, Hermione and Rita? She's wearing a grey jumper with a pinkish bit on it in that too. That photo can be seen here.
I'm more bothered by the fact that her hair's now straight, in the game LOL At least she's not blonde! Videogame!PoA!Hermione was blonde! *giggles*

lol i love hermione!! they kind of look like sim characters. . lol the GRAPHICS ROCK!! wow!!!!!!!!! hermy's outfit is hideous. . . yuck!!! how can they do this to me?? the gof game is played similar to the poa game, right? i think you should be able to play 3 player. that would be fun!!! | |

Wow! I thought the other games were good, especially the PoA one, especially compared to the CoS one, but geez, those graphics are incredible. They're as good as the ones from Chronicles of Riddick (it won best graphic award '04) Anyway, i'm glad to see the graphic improving. Though the third books my favorite, for a video game, this should be the best concept! And just to add to that, Harry and Hermione look fantastic, but what about Ron? They don't show him except in the trio pic, i don't know. Can't wait for it to come out! | |
