A new interview with Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) has been featured in Readers Digest magazine, during which he talks about his character's frame of mind and references specific scenes he shot for Half-Blood Prince. Quote:
You have a certain sympathy for Draco because he's just a child whose father Lucius has been in prison and has a huge mental battle with the task he's been given.

Yes! I was a bit worried about the scene on the train. Glad to hear it's still in order.

I know younger kids don't really understand that Draco's just a fictional "villian" played by a (gorgeous) actor...(I call it the super hero syndrom...because Dan is idolized). Nice! I want to read the whole interview! I think it's hilarious that none of the young fans want to hug him. But I bet there are alot of older, female fans who would LOVE to hug Tom Felton...myself included. | |
