| | |  Tom Felton finished filming GoF
Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) has updated his blog saying he has mostly finished filming for ' Goblet of Fire' and, as a result, is taking a break which includes refraining from writing in his online blog until later this year. Quote:
I have finished most of the filming now and am taking a rest from the film world and just going back to being a normal 17 year old with meeting up with mates, eating pizza and basically listening to music and just chilling out. So forgive me but I am not doing any more blog diary updates until later in the year when the next film comes out.
It's quite hard sometimes being a public figure and that photographer nightmare incident in the airport in Germany certainly has put me off doing anything in public. Still I know that my real fans are not that intrusive and will leave me alone for a while to enjoy my own life.
Tom also warns that the majority of signed merchandise avaliable on the auction site, eBay, is fake.

I think he is doing the right thing opting for a more toned down lifestyle outside of filming, rather than a more hectic 'celebrity' one. It will keep him out of trouble and the papers. Good luck to him.

^ Oh yeah because editing and adding the special effects so isn't important! realistically they need months to perfect it and re-shoot any scenes that need to be re-done.
They finish around April and the trailer is March/April.

I find that silly. Yes, he is a normal person, but it's not like he didn't know what he was getting into. Especially Harry Potter. He would have known that he would have people fasinated in his life. That's fame. I find that selfish on his behalf. You can't have it all one way, he should take the good with the bad.
Having said that, cool. Means we're one step closer to it coming out!! Yay!

Unfortunately we had several photgraphers at the airport who spoilt the whole trip and my memory of Germany. They chased me and did not give up. I have photographs of them all on file. Lufthansa cancelled my flight home by mistake and the flight was delayed 3 hours. The security people did not help me at all until the very end unlike the security people at the hotel Hyatt who were all brilliant. Birgit was really helpful the whole day at the hotel and she was absolutely brilliant!

I mean that's how it is, harsh reality, but it shouldn't be that way. Personally its a small price to pay, but, being famous doesn't mean the press has a right to butt into their personal lives. If people didn't buy the tabloids...we create the market, I usually ignore those trashy magazines anyway. Who wants to know about famous people anyway? I mean if you want interesting, spy on the neighbors...*ottery daydreams that he lives on Wisteria Drive, like in Desperate Housewives, before he goes to work every morning at Crain, Poole, & Schmidt*

It just upsets me when people complain about the paparazzi when they are living such a privilaged life. Yes, it is awful to not have privacy 24/7, but seriously, if I could chose between that and working every single day, for the rest of my life, I would give it up in a heart beat.

Actually he is the one who is done filming, not yet the rest of the cast (the trio mainly, specailly Dan) they are suppose to be finishing on April, after that is the post production which include editing.
So the trio and probably the some of the adult characters have more to do for about three more months.
The trailer is been work while they still filming, the trailer that we are going to see in April it is going to be most of the scenes shot before november 2004. | |

agree, i see a lot of hp/cast - related stuff on ebay and some of the fake stuff is just wayyyyy too obvious...
its awful about his trip to germany being spoiled.. hope tom has fun on his break!

Aww, poor Tom. Since I am his age, I actuallly feel sympathy towards him. If I were to become famous as he is, I'd've hate the paparazzi and fans chasing after me when all I want to do is to have peace and quiet all to myself, most especially when I'm on a trip with family and such, even if I do like fans around me once in a while. Ah well, I guess Tom'll have to get used to it, even if he doesn't like it.

Man... thats sad... I really liked him... he was apealing to look at and very good at acting. He's hott. lol  . I wish I could of meet him. He seems really down to earth, not at all cocky. I like that about some actors. I'm glad he will be able to relax, I mean, all of us need time to relax. He was dreamy  . Anyways, I hope he has a great time with his "relax time". Wow, i'm sure he dose'nt want any pity but he seems meloncholy. He sounds very mature and down to earth. I hope he finds plenty of time to fish, or at least thats what I heard he likes to do hehe and chill
