Tom Felton spoke to MTV about the impending shoot of the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows epilogue, during which his character, Draco Malfoy, along with Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Ginny, will be 20 years older,following the final battle. The scene, involving original fellow actors Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, and Bonnie Wright at King's Cross, will be the final sequence to be filmed for the saga.

"Jamie Christopher, the first [assistant director], was always really keen to do that as the final scene, because it's such a poignant moment for the franchise, that fact that it's 19 years on, and we get to see what happened to the characters," said Felton, who plays blond baddie Draco Malfoy. "I confess we haven't shot that yet, but we are all extremely excited to do so."

Tom mentioned that he and Dan are looking forward to filming it, though hope they won't be aged very badly.

Draco will be nearly 40 years old in the epilogue, but Tom said that with Jason Isaacs' Lucius Malfoy as a model for his character, he's not terribly worried about being aged.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be out November 19, 2010 and July 15, 2011.

Tom thinks Jason Isaacs is very good for his age. I actually agree with that.

Thats a nice article and it will be soooo sad for the cast when they shoot this final scene and after that to not come back for any more HP!

It will be interesting to see who play the other characters.
And yes the cast will be so sad when the movies are done. They've been working on them for so long. I'll be sad too...

im so sad i dont want the series to end either but i do kind of want to see how they portray them to look when their older so excited but so sad at the same time....

I can't wait to see how they do the epilogue! I bet it's going to be such an emotional day on set since it's the last scene on the LAST HP film. And I definitely know I'm going to bawl my eyes out when I see it!

I really hope they figure out a way to use the original cast. It should be no problem for them to age them since technology is so advanced! It won't be the same unless it's Dan, Rupert, Emma, Tom, and the other actors.

OMG, Did they fail maths?
He'll be 37, not 40. Good grief, thank goodness they in film making and not maths teachers.

But I agree, it's a good idea to do it last. It'll be like a final curtain fall! I hope they age them right.

This is a wonderful scene to be the last scene filmed for HP! It's so sad and I'm sure it will be all so memorable!

The article says nearly 40, and since 37 is near 40, I'm assuming it's okay to estimate.

And really, this "age thing" that these filmmakers/actors/interviewers are stressing it a bit too much. In every interview they go, they'll be aged. Yes, they will be aged but 37 is not that old. Most likely you aren't going to have killer wrinkles or any wrinkles at all. A lot of 37 year olds look like their still in their 20s these days, and since the story takes place in a future nearly 10 years beyond ours, they have to get better at how they look lol.
