| | |  Tom Felton attends Switch Live, Half-Blood Prince wins Favourite Flick (UPDATED)
As we announced earlier this week, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince was nominated for Favourite Flick at this year's BBC Switch Live awards.
The ceremony and concert took place earlier today (which Tom Felton did attend, though no photos have surfaced online yet), and Half-Blood Prince won the prize for Switch's Favourite Flick of 2009!
The show will be aired on BBC One Sunday, November 15 at 3:00 p.m GMT. If anyone can capture footage of Half-Blood Prince winning the award or of Tom at the event, please feel free to send it in to us!
This post will be updated as soon as photos of Tom from the ceremony are found online, so stay tuned. UPDATE: The first photo of Tom with Half-Blood Prince's Favourite Flick award was released by HeatWorld and can be seen here.  | |

While the news is cool and all ... doesn't it seem a bit premature, seeing as 2009 isn't done?  and there's probably loads more movies coming out before years end?
Yay HBP but I still think Astroboy or Star Trek were the it movies of 2009. I hope DH explodes the theaters with a cool story though ... I have high hopes seeing as they're splitting the movie in twain. I mean HBP just kind of seemed like a bunch of scenes cut together more than a serious narrative ...
I love how they call it a flick though
