Harry Potter actors Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) and Miranda Richardson (Rita Skeeter) will reunite for the theatrical feature
Belle, directed by Amma Asante.
The movie, also starring British actors Tom Wilkinson, Matthew Goode, and Emily Watson, as well as Sarah Gadon and lead Gugu Mbatha Raw, confirmed The Hollywood Reporter this morning, will begin its seven-week production on September 24 in the Isle of Man, London, Oxford, and Pinewood Studios.
Tom did comment on the project, albeit very vaguely, earlier this week, via his Twitter:

The project is billed as a tale of passion and romance and tells the tale of a mixed–race girl raised as an aristocratic lady in 18th century England.
It is currently unknown who Tom and Miranda will portray in the film.
