Amazon now has the British film, Thunderpants, which Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) starred in avaliable for US customers to buy!
So all you Rupert fans should get to it! It's around 15 bucks, and pretty much worth it!

Lol, im such a dork...I ordered it from the UK like a year ago...Its was a really dumb plot and pretty much pointless, BUT Rupert is in it and it was sooo worth it. He's such a cutie in it!!!

Ok granted Rupert is in this movie, anyone who thinks that a movie with this plot line would be an oscar winner would be out of their minds. I bet it would be a good if your looking for a movie that you dont have to think about. Kinda like "Dude Where's My Car" horrible plot line, but funny all the same.

It hasn't been available in the US for quite some time (not at stores like amazon.com) so this is actually news. Quote:

That's just it, it's not oscar material, but it's hilarious all the same. If you're looking for just a fun flick to laugh at, this is the movie. It's great in that way. I think more American's will find it funny (although that's sort of ironic since it's british) and it's definitely destined to be a cult hit. (And before the Rupert nay sayers say any thing, some of the most famous and brilliant actors have done cult hits, Jach Nicholson, Susan Surrondon to name a few...)
FYI, this was filmed between Rupert doing SS/PS and CoS.
And if anyone's curious as to what it may look like, ICM (as well as many other Rupert sites) has screen caps of the movie.  | |

Well you have not missed much at all.. it isnt hte best of films really and rupert although he is good his voice is strange lol but look out for Crabe and or Goyle i cant remember which one

It was Goyle and I about died. I kept going, "Goyle is after Ron Weasley!" Also I think Rupert's voice was suppose to be strange. He was acting. lol
Also Keria Knightly has a small cameo.

I don't know if I want to rent it or not. I know Rupert's in it, but I don't know. I've heard it's an okay movie, but I don't know if I want to see it. *sighs* I'll decide . . . eventually. But at least something's finally coming out in the US!
