In this new interview with The Telegraph Dan Radcliffe talks about his experiences on the Order of the Phoenix set and how he doesn't see himself as a celebrity. Quote:
"I think that people are always looking to say “kid star goes off the rails"," he said.
"But I try very hard not go that way because it would be too easy for them. Our culture is centred around this celebrity thing but I think it is to do with your own mindset and whether you think you are a celebrity.
"I define a celebrity as someone who is famous but the things they enjoy about the fame is the parties and the glamorous type stuff which I don't.
"I mean they are fine and fun but what I like is the work and the acting, working with these guys.
"While others might see me as a celebrity I don't. I have known myself all my life and I am not famous to me."

Dan is right. Many people should refer to him as a brilliant actor instead of an international celebrity. He is very down to earth and one of the kindest people anyone could ever meet. This is why he is my favorite actor. He doesn't consider himself any better than anyone else in the world.
