| | |  The BBFC reveal details about the PoA DVD deleted scenes
The BBFC (The British Board of Film Classification) has listed information about the deleted scenes on the PoA DVD including a rundown of what exactly they include and their running time. Quote:
00:00:28:05 | NIGHT BUS
00:00:37:10 | BIRDIE
00:01:01:07 | GREAT HALL
00:00:34:23 | CADAGON
00:01:49:10 | MCGONOGALL AND THE PASSWORD
Quote:
When a film is transferred to video the running time will be shorter by approximately 4% due to the differing number of frames per second. This does not mean that the video version has been cut or re-edited.

It is also interesting to note that the film is still a PG in DVD form.

wow okay ss is getting news late i saw all this on veritaserum yesterday lol.. okay not the point but i still cant wait for the dvd!! 38 days for US residents!! Quote:

SCENE 56: Harry, Ron and Hermione talk about Hogsmeade on the moving staircase on the way to the Gryffindor Common room (scene before the Fat Lady attack). Ron says he bought the sneakcope in Dervish and Banges, not in Egypt. They arrive at the picture and Sir Cadogan tells them what happened.
SCENE 91 TO 93: McGonagall asks who has lost the passwords... Neville speaks up...you know this scene...

veritaserum had more on the scenes hold on.. Actually they didn't have it confirmed. They wrote those synopsis' up themselves. We have it confirmed from the BBFC and we did have this up before them. This is the official document and they definitely did not have this before us.
