I think that its just supposed to be a slytherin stand with the S on each side. If you look at it closely you can see that the top curls into a serpents head. But its cool anyway. Dumbledore edit: Yes. Read this post.

Erm...hate to bust the euphoria of fame...but..It stands for Slytherin..it's cute though I suppose... Like I said...I hate to bust the bubble... but... it does stand for Slytherin.... and he made the drawing have a 3D look.. like.. the sides have lines where the corner would come together.. if you all want to believe that its Snitchseeker.. than.. thats cool.. but..i really don't think it stands for that..  But..its fun to dream! Dumbledore edit: You stole our thunder!!

If you had bothered to read between the lines you would see that this story was written tongue-in-cheek (with sarcasm) and yes we do know that it is "also" a quidditch stand in 3-d with an S on each side for Slytherin.
