Post (Spoilers!) Deathly Hallows chapter-by-chapter
As we have done within 48-hours of each books' release, we present a GUIDE TO BOOK 7, which goes through each chapter in Deathly Hallows.

As of this post, I have added summaries for chapters 1-5. More chapters will be added every few minutes, with all chapters (and epilogue) included within a day or so.

The plan is to hide MAJOR spoilers (like deaths) in spoiler tags, like this:
SPOILER!!: a pretend spoiler
The toll for total witches, wizards, creatures, who die in the course of the war against evil, is ___.

However, there will still be LOADS of plot spoilers, so Read at your own risk!

Personally, I recommend avoiding any type of spoiler including chapter names before reading the book. It can ruin the experience!

If any of you wish to contribute your own chapter-summaries, feel free to send them in. We will pick out the best (most informative, yet concise) and add them to the guide!

Read summaries for books 1-6 in this section of the Library.

EDIT Just a reminder: No spoilers are allowed in this thread! If you want to discuss spoilers, go to the spoiler forum. Thanks!

i wish to read the books.... thank u for tellin me whats goin on! i'm happy to know what happens cuz then i can aniticipate it, and be happy i haven't read the books at all-- my brother has them, but sadly, i'm just watchin the movies for now. it will be cool when i read the series. i plan on reading it as soon as the movies are all doe and over with. or if i get bored before then.... Heh.

Deathly Hallows is now my fave book from the series! I loved it! But I am truly sad that it's over.....well at least we still get to anticipate the 6th and 7th movies :-) It's always interesting to see what parts they include and what parts they leave out from the books! All in all, this is by far the best series I have had the opportunity to read! Thanks JKR!!!

the book was out class! every word was amazing! i specifically was most impressed during dumbledore's and harry's convo at the king cross! amazing! out-class! that was the best part of the book for me! loved it TRULY!

It was an awesome book...I absolutely loved it but true so very sad. My heart broke at all the deaths and I cried a lot. My family thought I was weird crying to myself in the corner with a book in my lap...

Like most everyone else, I cried through the entire book. A lot at those that died, but also at other events that were happy, and entertaining. JK shows what an excellant writer she is. I truely hope that one day she will revisit the wizarding world, I think that we all ache for her to do that. Just her gift for this type of genre. I am excited for the last two movies, but am afraid that this whole emotional turmoil will hit us all once again with the last movie. No doubt we have all come to enjoy, and love these characters. I even cried in the epilogue, it was soooo very emotional.

Everytime I re-read the book I notice something different. I just picked up on why Snape had Harry look at him as he dies. (so he can stare into the eyes of Lilly). And Neville, who has been one of my favorites from the beginning, just shines at the end!
