Newsround reports that a signed first edition copy of ' Half-Blood Prince' was sold in an internet auction for £500.
At the end of the sale 23 bids had been made on it, with it finally being sold for £512.66 on Tuesday morning.

yea 500 since a lil bit especially since its first edition signed. I can't wait to the book set comes out with all 7. I wanna buy it and keep the set in perfect condition. So one day many years from now it will be alot of money. My dream.............

hmm..too much for me willing to buy it, but it's no surprise it sold for that much i mean it was only JKR and Grandpre that signed it

I, of course, wouldn't spend that much on a book, but I am actually surprised that it didn't sell for more! Years from now, I'm sure they would make money for it.
