| | |  Rupert Grint on Red Nose Day 2005
Rupert Grint will appear in a sketch for Red Nose Day 2005. Sara Cox, a DJ on Radio 1, today revealed on her show that she'd filmed a special ' Dik & Dom in da Bungalow' sketch for the charity show which raises money for the poor people of Africa & those in poverty/suffering in the UK.
It was filmed at Madame Tussaud's in London. Sarah stood in for Dom and Rupert for Dik.
Sarah said Rupert was gorgeous and very down to earth.
She also said he kept getting recognised while they were playing the 'bogey' game - which I assume means members of the public were at the waxworks museum at the same time as they were filming their sketch.
Red Nose Day is March 11th, which is a Friday. Programmes geared toward the fundraiser will be on all evening on BBC1 on that day and Rupert's sketch will be somewhere in amongst that.

Small gig? RND is HUGE. It's EXTREMELY important to all those suffering poverty and abuse both nationally and internationally.
I can't wait to see this. Sara's funny on her own, but her and Rupert should be a 'wicked' combination.
60% of the money raised goes to Africa & 40% to the UK. Usually, the average raised is somewhere between £20million - £30million.
Red Nose Day is a part of Comic Relief that uses comedy to raise money.

Oh. Sorry about the adjective. My bigger point was that Rupert's been in a lot of projects other than HP lately.
Red Nose Day is only in the UK correct? Do you know when the sketch will be shown?

March 11th, sometime in the evening on BBC1. BBC America may show it at a later date or on the same evening.
He has. Like the recording for "An audience with Al Murray" and he's involved in talks to do "Driving Lessons". He also did Peter Pan, Molesworth & Thunderpants. Aswell as judging at the recent FLFA.

He's not considered an adult. He's just left school, which means I think he's no longer tied to the laws of child labour laws, as his education can't suffer because of work because he's no longer at school. Same goes for Tom.
But the spare time is probably why he's doing more projects these days, he's got more time than Emma and Dan, to spare. Plus as he's older, his is viewed as more adult and so is offered more things.

It's called 'Red Nose' because red noses are sold, with different designs every time round. All profits from them go to the fund, as do profits from the T-Shirts and other merchandise.
It's feels weird to me to have to explain, 'cause it's an instiution here.

pmsl! im so gonna watch that, dik and dom r really funny, they make me laugh alot, and if rupert and sarah r gonna play bogies im gonna b wettin myself laughin
in case they dnt show dik and dom in the states or ne where else, bogies is a game they play wen they go 2 a quiet public place (i.e like a library or resteraunt) and they say bogies gettin louder, if 1 of em bottles it or sez it quieter than the previous 1, they lose
ill make sure that ill tape that wen it cums on, ne idea wat time itll b shown during comic relief, it usuually lasts on tv from 7pm our time 2 bout 2 am
im so lookin fwd 2 watchin it!
