CNN  are reporting that Rupert Grint is to get his own comedy series ('Rupertland') while the BBC is reporting that the young actor has taken up professional golfing. 'CNN': Quote:
"I've always thought it would be wicked to do comedy," 16-year-old Grint explains over a ham sandwich at London's famed Cafe Rapallo.

"It bothered me because I felt like doing something purely funny," he said. "I had a lot of fun [guest starring] on '**** and Dom in Da Bungalow' and I wanted to make something of my own."
'BBC': Quote:
"I thought it would be wicked to take a little break from work. It'll be cool to play against Tiger Woods and Fred Couples. Of course, I'll be back to play Ron Weasley, no question about it!"
The director of ' Order of the Phoenix', David Yates is 'quoted' as saying, "The cast should be able to do things they enjoy between films. I have no problem with it, but I do hope Rupert takes time to get a hair trim before filming." Quote:
"I want Rupert to call me and set up a tee time," said Cuarón before waving down a cab.
PGA representative Jawn Do is 'quoted' as saying, "Rupert's a pro. He was hesitant at first and a bit rusty, but caught on quite quickly. I believe he's the next progidy. He's going to give these golfers a run for their money, literally.
"It's particularly good for Scottish golf courses. We're scheduling him out locally for promotional purposes before the real championships."
