In a new interview with the Radio Times, actor Robbie Coltrane spoke about how he and his Harry Potter co-stars are coming to grips with the end of the series while working on Deathly Hallows. Robbie also explained how Hagrid's famous beard is removed after a day of filming. The cover of the issue can be seen here:  Quote:
"I think the last few days are gonna be quite tough," the actor told the Radio Times. "It's funny; I was talking to a few of the adults (on set) about this. And we were all going - 'Yeah, it's gonna be tough on the kids ...' Then eventually we were all, to a man and woman, saying: 'Yeah, it's gonna be pretty tough for me too ...'"
On Hagrid's beard regime: Quote:
"It's all horrible. But at the end of the day, they take it off and then two girls come down to my trailer with a pot of hot oil - really - they dissolve the beard, rub my face with oil, then rub it down with hot face cloths."

The process of removing the beard sounds quite soothing....
I'm pretty sure the last day of filming is going to be a sob fest for every single actor, crew member, and WB. I know I'm going to be bawling the whole time I'm watching Deathly Hallows part one and two.  | |

Only Robbie Coltrane will remind me (and the rest of us) of Rubeus Hagrid and he is so damn right: the last day of filming DH 2 will be the saddest day at the studio in London......
