Whilst filming B-Road Britain Robbie Coltrane made a stop off at the Samye Ling monastery in Eskdalemuir, Dumfriesshire and was subsequently mobbed by Buddhist monks requesting his autograph. Quote:
Stunned Robbie said: "I got asked for more Potter autographs here than anywhere else. I thought monks were meant to be above that sort of thing."
The series in which the Hagrid actor travels the U.K., from London to Glasgow, without the use of motorways, starts on ITV1 tonight at 9pm BST. | |
