Entertainment Weekly magazine is running a feature called ' The 122 People and Things We Love This Summer'. Ralph Fiennes (Lord Voldemort) is listed as being 13th and discusses his role as the Dark Lord in GoF, in the magazine. Quote:
Known for tightly wound men on the verge of implosion, Fiennes gets to uncork in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire as the most mythic villain in contemporary fiction, Lord Voldemort (Sorry Darth). Immoral Fixation: So how does one play the incarnation of evil?
"Good Question," says Fiennes, laughing. "My inclination was to underplay it, but you can't underplay Voldemort. He is evil. What I wanted was a you-never-know-what-he'll-do-next quality. My nephews and nieces visited the set-they were quite taken aback. Probably because I was bald."

I cant wait to see a pic of him as voldie,bet they leave it till the last second till they release any of him  I want to see him as Voldie,He is a great actor. -Helen

Spoiler-He is BAld he is reborn. this sequence he battle harry is which he returns from well death. * aka* rising from the pot  but really It's the graveyard scene in which the whole action takes place where harry is tied to the grave and becomes part of the ritual, to bring voldermort back. Where peter pettegrew gains his silver arm, voldermort rises, and battles harry, in which the reflections of those who died rise from voldermorts wand, to help harry battle evil. Both are zeroed out and harry runs to return with the cup and cedric's body, back to hogwarts.

When i first heard that Ralph fiennes was going to be Voldemort I was disappointed. Then I realized that he would be perfect for the role. He can bcome any one and I think he might actually look the way I imagined Voldemort to looks. | |
