Protests in Greece have taken place after countries four main bookstores asked staff to work a few extra hours on the launch night of
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
These protests resulted in the shops scrapping the plans for a late-night launch. Instead, they are now planning to hold the events on the following Saturday morning.

The association of Greek private employees (OIYE) complained that "the right of staff to go home on time" was compromised by the nocturnal Potter launch which it said was as an "illegal and immoral act" on the part of bookstores
The seventh Potter book will be released on November the 3rd.
