| | |  Potter's magic boosts HMV sales
The release of the newest Potter novel has given HMV, a music and books retailer, a boost in sales, sending them back into positive territory.
DVD sales also increased by 20% as people avoided the summer floods, and opted to stay home instead.
The store also managed to sell around 500,000 copies of Deathly Hallows after cutting the price down to £8.99.
