| | |  Potter stars on Queen's New Years Honours List
Julie Walters, who plays the role of the beloved Mrs Weasley in the Harry Potter films, has been awarded a CBE (Commander) in the Queen's New Years Honours list. She is a theatre, film and tv actress, writer, wife, mother and is now also a member of The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.
Richard Griffiths has been awarded an OBE (Officer) in the Order alongside his co-star. Griffiths plays the role of Uncle Vernon Dursley in the HP films, as well as a multitude of other impressive roles.
