Dame Maggie Smith (McGonagall) and Emma Thompson (Trelawney) are both featured in the top ten of a poll which lists British screen legends. Quote:

I am so so proud to be a female Briton right now 
Maggie and Emma are already my favourite actresses and for them to be acknowledged in this list must feel like a great honour for them both!

 I totally love Dame Maggie Smith and Emma Thompson but OMG I LOVE JULIE ANDREWS if she could be in HP that would so rock and if she sang... I'd be all...well first  and then I'd be all... But yeah, they're all great actresses, especially Kate Winslet and I'm saying that just cuz she's pretty which doesn't hurt, she should be honored to be in such distinguished company, and so young too.

Awesome! I always thought Maggie Smith played the perfect McGonagall. McGonagall's my favorite character (no clue why, just is), so I had pretty high expectations for Professor McGonagall . . .

Thats great! They must be totally surprised! But we definetly aren't, we already know that they are good actors and actresses! They chose the best for this series. They do such wonderful jobs, you know? I could act like that, when I try I look like a stupid ape, just standing there, gaping at the wall. Lolz, well anyways, Congratulations!
