| | | Potter featured in 'Doctor Who'
A battered old copy of ' Philsopher's Stone', the first Potter novel, will appear in an episode of Doctor Who, tonight on BBC1 at 7PM.
The Potter book is contained in a class cabinet that contains old relics from the Earth's history, in a stunning space hotel.
The story is set in the year five billion and people gather to watch the end of the world as the sun expands.
Zoë Wanamaker (Madame Hooch) will also feature in tonight's episode as Lady Cassandra, the oldest human on earth whose aim in life was to have a completely wrinkle-free face. A picture of her creature/character can be seen here.

I take it it JK is intended to have a long reign in the "relics of Earth's history" then. Now that is power!

That picture made me laugh. I thought Doctor Who was a show more like House. Thanks!

I just watched that episode! I thought it was really good, and Chris (Doctor Who) was fantastic and now I'm feeling quite gutted that he's not gonna be back for another series
I didn't even notice that the book was in that glass cabinet, I know the one you're talking about, I wish I'd paid more attention now!! Ah well, I wonder what JK Rowling thinks about her first book being one of the Earth's last famous relics!
Funniest thing about the episode, apart from that freaky-skin thing being the last human? The aliens thinking that an iPod was a Jukebox |

I taped the episode tonight! YAY.
I loved Cassandra. So evil! "Moisturise me!" Quote:

I didn't even notice the cabinet. What scene was it in? *will pause tape to see it properly* Quote:

That was hysterical. But the use of Britney Spears music was gah.
