Here’s a rough outline of what happens: (The order might be wrong, I can’t remember - sorry):
1. Starts with a shot of the Hogsmeade signpost.
2. Crystal ball, with voiceover (probably Sirius) saying “he’s at Hogwarts”
3. Knight bus, the head..thing says something.
4. Harry: "isn't this dangerous?!"
5. "no, we haven't had an accident for about a week"
6. Nice shot of Hogwarts covered in snow, and Hedwig flying across the screen.
7. shot of sirius. VO: Something about this year and Sirius Black...not sure.
8. Buckbeak flying at night...possibly with Hermione and Harry
9. Mr. Weasley: "Swear to me you won't go looking for Black."
10. Sirius in the paper...screaming etc.
11. Ron, Hermione holding hands.
12. A few very nice shots of Dementors, including one where they appear to be gliding across the lake?! VO (Dumbledore) Saying something about dementors.
13. Shot of the Hogwarts Express.
14. Inside the train. Someone (possibly Ron) "somethings out there"
15. Buckbeak on hind legs with Malfoy.
16. Lupin teaching Harry Expecto Patromum, Lupin says something...forgot what.
17. Scene where the trio are in snow, where Harry says “I hope he does come after me, ‘cos when he does, I’m gonna be ready for him” …well…something like that.
18. Shot of Lupin and Harry on..some…bridge..thing. Lupin tells Harry something about courage and fear. And possible something about Dementors -this might have been later
19. Shots of dementors with Harry.
20. Shot of Malfoy & co laughing.
21. Hermione punches Malfoy. "That felt good”
22. Shot of the trio coming/looking out of Hagrid’s Hut.
23. Words: "Warner bros presents" while theres a shot of the trio.
24. Harry: "you killed my parents" (something like that)
25. Sirius: “there will be only one death here tonight” (not sure about this line)
26. Hermione in the The Shrieking Shack "if you want to kill harry you'll have to kill us first."
27. Shot of Trelawney, possibly when she’s saying “you must look beyond”

EDIT: I think it's the same trailer as the Japanese/French one. Well, at least it’s very similar.
