All over the place! Scotland & England. It was rumoured they would film Hogsmeade in Snowdonia, Wales but they decided a studio would look nicer *grumbles*
But the scene they're on about was filmed in Scotland.

That's what made PS/CoS slightly bad for me; I could tell the film was shot all over the place so the castle, Hogwarts, didn't seem like one place but a bunch of places.
