The British comedian, Peter Kay, who is due to appear as the Abzorbaloff in this week's episode of Doctor Who has expressed a desire to be in another popular fantasy series; Harry Potter!
In an interview to be screened tonight on BBC1 on the Jonathon Ross show, Peter says;
"I'd love to do a Harry Potter film, but I've only read the first book, I'm no good at reading fiction." | |

He would definitely be an asset to the films; however, he'd have to read the books first for a better understanding of the plot.

I saw that interview. He looked a bit... like he'd had too much to drink. But he was still great. I think he could be good as Slughorn.

I don't think that he should be even be considerd for any part in the films, like most he probably wants to jump on the Potter band wagon. Just because he's been in Doctor Who doesn't make him an actor, he should stick to comedy!!  | |

OK, the piccie search in google gave a first piccie where he represented a guy named Brian Potter, if I understood right. So, that might explain why he wants to be in the Potter movies
