That's interesting, it's strange that they keep re-casting her...but I guess it makes sense if the actress doesn't want to do it or if she's too old now.

The girl above is pretty, but I don't think she looks harsh or tough enough to play Pansy.

I guess this means the girl will actually have to act so that's why they've recasted her. I guess that means the train scene is definitely on which is great because it's one of my favourite scenes. I love Harry but for some reason having him stomped in the face was funny to me.

I think I prefer the girl who played Pansy in PoA *nods* This one doesn't look at all like the Pansy I imagined.

I think it's true. I saw someone link to her myspace at the IMDb forums, and there were comments there where her friends mentioned how she'd been cast in the new HP movie.

she as ok i mean she seemed to b a good pansy-annoying,silly and sickening. d pansy in ootp was ok too. d one who was standing beside draco and umbridge when she said 'i'll make short work of this'...

I agree with most of the people who already posted: the girl that played Pansy in PoA was perfect, she shouldn't have been changed.

I liked the girl that played her in POA, as well. She seemed to really fit the part. This isn't how I would imagine Pansy looking at all, but you never know! We might be pleasantly surprised, but I wish they wouldn't keep recasting the role.

I don't know why they would recast the one from PoA. I thought she looked perfect, and the one line she had...I really liked the tone and drawl of her voice. Unless she can't act, I'm a little puzzled.

But, should this be true, Scarlett is cute. I think the PoA Pansy looked the part more, though. I love her name, though. Gone with the Wind is my favorite non-HP book, so...

I thought the POA pansy was good and I wish they'd stop changing actresses. But this new girl look OK. I don't really care that much to be honest.

Wow, another actress...I wonder why they keep re-casting Pansy Parkinson. I liked the one of PoA (Genevieve Gaunt?). I liked the tone of her voice. Plus, the new actress doesn't look tough/mean enough. But, anyways, congrats!

Has anyone seen what Genevieve looks nowadays? Trust me, she hardly looks anything like we saw in PoA, because she's got long brown hair and her face looks more feminine and she's all pretty and everything now. I bet most wouldn't even recognise her now, so what would be the point? They could, but if you're looking for the Pansy who was in PoA, she doesn't look it anymore.

Not that this girl looks the part any better, but eh.
