Post Order of the Phoenix nominated for Hugo award
Order of the Phoenix has been nominated for a Hugo award in the category of Best Dramatic Presentation, Long Form. It faces competition from; Enchanted, The Golden Compass, Heroes (Season 1) and Stardust.

The winners will be announced at Denvention’s Hugo awards Ceremony on Saturday, August 9.

It's long form, which can be a TV series, as long as it's presented as a whole season. Which means they can't nominate singular episodes. For something like Heroes, which is so inter-connected, it works better this way.

Doctor Who & Torchwood have 3 nominations for short form, which bodes well!

the only real competition there is Heroes. but given at how most of the nominees are movies, they're probably thinking that the winner should be a movie therefore OOTP will win.
