A special edition clothbound volume of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will hit the shelves, in the UK, in October 2005.
The cover will be similar to this copy of OotP and will contain the same text as all other copies of HBP.

They also have a gold print copy of JK's autograph engraved on the front. I've seen them before, I think the OotP one was something like £35 in Waterstones.

That would be really cool! I already have the fancy OOTP edition. Its gonna have to be a double purchase for me then (get the paperback on July 16th and then get the fancy one in October).
Afterall, how could anyone cope for 3 months without being able to read book 6?

^yes she could do that, but it would be very expensive and therefore Sniv would have to wait until she is a millionaire or atleast wait "some" days so she can save some money!

^ Charlie worries that Sniv refers to herself in the 3rd person as Charlie has heard that it's the first sign of madness....
She also thinks that Sniv deserves the fancy books and should be given them for free - as should we all for being so amazing!!

Char shouldnt worry because Sniv has lost it long ago and therefore is not worried about the madness-theory!

Charlie is also glad that Sniv will be demanding her rights from Barnes and Noble as everyine deserves a chance to get super duper uber posh Potter books!

Merri has asked and apparently it will cost around about £180 for the lot. Merri thinks this is extortion, but Merri will pay it anyway probably because Merri has touched and flicked through said books and knows how perty they are!
Merri also wishes the snivster all the best in her campaign against Barnes and Noble *merri is assuming that Barnes and Noble is like Waterstones* Merri is now going to somewhere where referring to your self in the third person is punishable by flogging!

It is funny how her sig has changed ever so slightly though... I suppose now she has to do so many if she's at a signing that it had to change!
