I think it's the human form of Pettigrew.

At first I thought it looked like Wormtongue from Lord of the Rings ,then I thought it was snape then I thought i was Wormtail aswell.

I think it'd make more sense for it to be Wormtail.

this r cool posters!! i think they're all great!! hp with lupin is cool, shows there is a connection between them, i like rupert's expression and emma is looking good 2, i think its a good idea that she's on a poster with trelawney!! and im lovin gary oldman as sirius, its most likely wormtail in the background!!

these r the best posters yet with great images of all the cast!! i wonder what the posters will be for the U.K, hopefully as good as these

and can i just add, that i think its really cool that they've NOT got their school robes on, shows people that they r going to be out of the school this year. and i noticed that harry is carrying the marauders map which is cool, but also there is the firebolt in the background!! look closely and u'll see a broom that i presume to be the firebolt!!

once again v.cool posters with lots of details that u miss at first, but i like the fact that they r there, makes it seem that the 3rd year is going to be more complicated and dark....
