| | |  New LEGO Year 1-4 Harry Potter video game information
Game Informer magazine recently interviewed Loz Doyle, the producer of the LEGO Year 1-4 Harry Potter video game. Doyle explained the key points of the game, including the characters' levels of spell-work and potions-making skills, and how competent they are on broomsticks. Numerous locations including Hogwarts, Hogsmeade, the Forbidden Forest, and much more are explored as Harry, Ron, Hermione, and dozens of other characters make their way through new and exciting adventures. New photos from the game can be seen here; scans are below. 
The LEGO game, out sometime in 2010, can be pre-ordered at Amazon.com in the following formats:

I didn't like the idea in the beginning...but I have to say, it's growing on me. A lot. Especially with all the character nuances and the way it allows you to explore the world further than we have done before.
