Two new photos from Half-Blood Prince have been released online: one features Luna Lovegood wearing her famous lion's hat; the second is of the Carrow twins at one of Slughorn's dinner. They can be seen here: 
 Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be released July 17, 2009.

This isn't in response to anybody here but I'm totally happy with characters who weren't in the books. I'm serious.
Why couldn't one of the Carrows have had twin daughters? Huh?
They needed some slytherin characters for a scene. So they created some based off of one who is in the books. And. They. Had. Every. Right. This isn't even our first look at these two, so why are some people complaining now?
I don't understand the haters.

Now, is it just me or these Carrow twins don't appear in the books? *frowns* The only Carrows I remember are in DH and at the end of HBP and those are Death Eaters *blinketh*

For everyone who's asked about the Carrows, I refer you to the link provided in the post in regards to their casting.
Here's what's up with the Carrow girls: I don't know if they're related to the Death Eaters, Amycus and Alecto (they could be); they are Slytherin students (there were other shots of them in school robes in the Regal behind-the-scenes video); they are in Harry's generation; they may or may not be the first years Crabbe and Goyle turn into via Polyjuice; they were created solely for the film, but I honestly don't know why (I'd have to watch it for that information, and that won't be until July, sadly); and they did not replace Amycus and Alecto, as the two adults are in the sixth movie, being played by actors Ralph Ineson and Suzanne Toase, respectively.
I think that covers it? I honestly don't know why they were cast, but they were, and apparently they're good enough for Slughorn's dinners.
