The Isle of Man are set to
release a major new set of Harry Potter stamps on
December 7th. The set will consist of eight stamps depicting different scenes from three Harry Potter movies: Goblet of Fire, Order of the Phoenix and Prisoner of Azkaban.
Note: I think they mean PS, CoS & PoA as the other films aren't even finished yet, let alone released.
