Over the last few days reports have emerged claiming that another test screening for Half-Blood Prince was held. The articles included references to the disappointment felt by some fans. Warner Brothers have confirmed that no such screening took place.
The only test screenings to have taken place for the film were held back in September last year, prior to the completion of post-production.
I'm a bit skeptical... the reports were so bad that I'm inclined to think WB would say they were false. But I guess we'll have to wait and see.
WB aren't denying the reactions. They are, word for word, what some people said last year. What the studio is saying is that there haven't been anymore test screenings since September 2008.

It's totally random. Those attending rarely know what film they're seeing before it's shown.
