I think it is a screencap from the trailer since that scene was in it...I don't know but I think its the reverse shot of the other pic of Ron and Hermione when they are looking out the window at the Dark Mark?over Hogwarts at the end?? That's what someone who saw the screening said.

I always feel so fuzzy inside when I see them together.  Ron looks so much taller than Hermione in that scene. Emma has grown some so it looks like Rupert has grown some too.
