He does resemble Lucius, now that I think about it. Strange how it worked out that way...although the platinum blonde hair does help quite a bit.  The makeup and costume department sure did a good job of making, Draco look tired and beaten down.

Yes Tom does look a little old in that pic,but he is under stress in this film and that ages people.
