Rupert Grint elaborates on this, "He [Ron] has a hard time at the beginning finding a partner. He has some really embarassing experiences and he falls out with Harry. He's just a bit jealous of Harry and he gets a bit jealous of [Hermione's] partner because I think he sort of likes Hermione. He's a bit more moody, more like a real teenager. He has a lot of fights, which is something Ron's never really done, and that was quite fun. I do dance with Professor McGonagall too. That was a scary day!"

"She puts on a pretty dress and she does her hair nicely and she's barely recognisable because she's been such a tomboy," reveals Watson. "Ron and Harry have never seen her like that. She's swept off her feet by Viktor Krum, so that's a whole new experience for her. I remember particularly through the first two films denying very strongly that I was even close to Hermione's character, but after the third one now I'm thinking that she might not be such a bad role model!"

"I don't think he's [Mike] necessarily a big guy in terms of special effects and any of the technical stuff. He'll come on set and will have written songs for the twins to sing. This is a very dark book, but he worked really hard to bring out a lot of humour in there as well."
