A new picture of Emma Watson and Mike Newell on the set of 'Goblet of Fire' has surfaced in a French magazine. The picture may be viewed here. A translation of a portion of the interview has been provided by Emma-Watson.net. Quote:
Newell said, "Until now, Hermione was a tomboy. She's becoming a young woman. Emma has an airy beauty that I wanted to make the most of. But she especially stayed very vulnerable. She could have decided to play the femme fatale but she accepted to be guided. In the Prisoner of Azkaban, she slaps Malfoy masterfully. Here, she's hesistant, less confident."

I loved Emma's performance in GoF,but especially the Yule Ball scene's. She showed emotion and vulnerability for Hermione like never befor seen...she was good. Emma is definetly becoming a much more wonderful actress.
