Interviews with Emma Watson (Hermione) were printed in a French magazine and Total Girl. Translations from both magazines are now available.
The French magazine says: Quote:
Emma very much enjoyed making GOF and thinks it will be the most "Explosive" yet, she is happy that she gets a break now for the summer and says she has good reason to believe that herself, Dan & Rupert will not be replaced by younger actors.
She absolutely loved filming the Yule Ball scenes as she loves dancing.
She said Ron and Hermione are different but many things make them closer. They would make a beautiful couple. But she fears the scene in which she would have to kiss Rupert (laugh) He is like a member of her family so it would be as if she kisses her brother.
Total Girl magazine says: Quote:
When she's not filming Harry Potter and she's back in school, Emma admits that she gets teased by her schoolmates. Emma says, "They walk past [me] and go 'Wingardium Leviosa' for the billionth time that day, and i go aaagh!" she gets used to the teasing, and in the end, everyone is nice to her.
Wouldn't it be great to sit next to Emma in class? She'd not only be fun to hang with, she can also give you advice on how to keep your cool when getting teased in school.

I love that Emma is such a R/Hr shipper. She gets it! haha. I imagine it's hard to do romance scenes with people you've worked with for so long, but it's the business, and I believe they'll be total professionals. | |

I always liked Emma, but now this interview shows she's even smarter, she more like Hermione than i thought, she thinks that Ron and Hermione will get together, thankfully she is quite intelligent and doesn't believe in Harry & Hermione, Go EMMA! R/Hr ALL THE WAY!!!!!!

Woa there's so many quotes that i could agree with, but this post would never end! First of all, i'm a R/Hr shipper, so you can go through and find all the posts that i like. Second, Emma, come on! lol How many girls would pay to be able to meet Rupert let alone kiss him. (i'm one of them) so do it! thanks for the article, i really enjoy hearing from the trio in real life and how much they're like me (especially emma. it's scary how alike we are). Great scan, thanks

Nice interview... it really does hurt to be made fun of, though. And like everyone else, I would definatly not mind filling in for Emma in that kissing scene (hey, any opportunity to kiss a cute guy, right?) ... However, I don't care what or who anyone says WOULD be a cute couple, until I see Ron and Hermione get together for my own eyes, in the books, I will continue to support H/Hr. That's my personal opinion, anyways. Since the 5th book, I've always seen Ron getting together w/ Luna.... *prays no one beats her up*

Great interview. She always seems to want to portray a good image of the movies. Not that they aren't or anything, but she's always so positive about them.

Defo glad that they wont be replaced!! NO, Hermione and Harry wud make the perfect couple!! nice to see that she said somethin bout Rupert, but i just cant see Hr/R in the future. But nobody exept JK knows who's gona pair up so we shudnt take Emma's comment as if they are gona pair up!!..........God im in denile (sp?). I just hope that Hr/R never happens!! sorry 2 all you shippers. take no offence.
