Emma-Watson.net has managed to translate a French interview with Emma Watson, the Hermione actress, into English. The scans plus the interview can be read/seen here courtesy of the above mentioned website. Quote: What impressed you most about Alfonso?
One of the things I really appreciated was that he really trusted us. He gave us a lot of freedom. When I was playing the same scene for the sixth time, I used to tell him it drove me crazy, that I couldn’t do it. But he always gave me a lot of freedom about Hermione.

I think it’s a little easier the third time, ‘cause I kinda know what I’m doing. But it’s still complicated ‘cause you have to think about a lot of things at the same time. And acting in front of a green screen is pretty hard.

They created a kind of figure. It was electronic and could move. It was like a spirited bronco (semi-wild horse) but it was great.

I was really impressed by everything we’ve done together. I was so amazed that I forgot my lines.
They also have a new newsletter from Emma which has some new information. Emma mentions filming and working with a new cast and has added new information to her likes and dislikes.
She has said she likes Jamie Callum, Joss Stone and Amy Winehouse. She also mentions Sheryl Crow and Dido. Bands she likes include Jet and Razorlight and Aimee Man. She admits some of her taste is down to Dan's influence as he listens to music every day in make-up. She also says her dad has influenced her taste in her music and mentions artists such as Eric Clapton, BB King, John Hiatt and Joni Mitchell. She also likes Pink, Christina Milian and Usher.
At the end she's added in bolded capital letters that she loves toast and mint Aero's.

I cannot believe what a taste she's got. RnB and Hip Hop and Jazz and mad punk rock like Pink...? Jet? Usher? Joss Stone? Sheryl Crow? PINK! Christina Milian!
Dear dear....somebody ought to change her music taste and Dan's not helping at all...

She likes Christina Millian? I LOVE her, especially now, since she done that song with my cousin, joe Budden, called "Whatever U Want". I like the video. Joe's a mechanic in the vid, that's a trip! I have to buy her LP sometime.

i'm not a big emma watson fan either. but i think she's a good actress and in all her interviews and publicities shows that she's very normal....fame hasn't gone through her head and she's down to earth. that's cool.
