It looks like a machine you might see at the local gym.
There is a single shoulder-height joystick for your controller. There is a back brace to push against. When you push, sensitive sensors measure the strain you are placing on an alloy metal resistance rod and a microprocessor calculates how hard you're pushing.
The more you push, the more power you have playing the video game.
So while you battle space aliens or mutants or whatever, you are getting a high intensity workout.
Among the titles that are perfect fits for the kiloWatt system are "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City" and "Harry Potter & The Chamber of Secrets."

This definatley won't sell...when playing a computer game people want to sit down and relax, it might be around for a week then it'll be just another has-been attempt to make games feel better. lol. | |

I imagine it will sell, because alot of people like the whole idea of virtual reality. This is in a way similar, you have to use body strength to determin the outcome of the game, and even though I can't see it being popular with the girls, I can see the boys loving it!
I have played a virtual game and it was brilliant, so I can see this being quite successful. I may be wrong... it may be too expensive but everyone said that about consoles in the first place, and now nearly every home has one. | |

Didn't they already have a video game workout thing? Nintendo Power pad? Me and a friend of mine used to do the Barbie workout game or maybe it was that track and field game? well i hope this new thing will be cooler. | |

That sounds interesting....I really don't think it'll sell though...I mean people aren't usually thinking about getting a workout while playing a video game...plus the price is high. And I agree, it sounds like something for lazy people who just want to look like they aren't. | |
