New Cedric Diggory actor pictures! - more of Robert Pattinson Summary:
CBBC Newsround have kindly provided fans with more shots of the hunk set to play the Hogwarts hearthrob, Cedric Diggory. Article: New Cedric Diggory actor pictures!
Thanks to CBBC Newsround we can now show you new pictures of Robert Pattinson aka Cedric Diggory via Tandem Communications and VIP Media Funds 2004.

In Kingdom in Twilight, he plays a character called Giselher, in the story of a young man called Siegfried who doesn't realise that he is heir to a conquered kingdom.
It's thought that Kingdom In Twilight will be released at the end of the year.

Ohh, I just saw that on CBBC. I hope his hair will be short to play Cedric, that's always how I imagined him.

Yeah, I've always pictured him with short hair as well. He's not exactly what I pictured for Cedric but I think once he's in costume and stuff he'll look good

Well, I don't think any characters they choose will look exactly how I pictured them in the books, but I think the guy they chose for Cedric comes pretty darn close!

And obviously his appearance will differ to this.
They had to choose someone older, to contrast the trio. They're all getting a bit old themselves (Felton soon turns 17, Rupert is very nearly 16) so they need to cast older characters that bit older to keep the younger ones looking like they're young.

Plus he isn't in character there so with a shave and hair cut he could look every inch like Cedric. He reminds me of Joe Absolom, a british old time actor. Very cute looking and exactly as I sot of imagined him.
